Altura Credit Union in Corona, CA is seeking a Branch Manager II to lead day-to-day branch operations, supervise the branch team, and ensure warm, positive member experiences.

You will drive branch performance, coach staff, manage adherence to policies and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with marketing to uphold the branch image and customer satisfaction. This role demands strategic thinking, strong coaching, and a focus on risk management and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ supervisory experience in a financial institution.
• Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in a financial institution, with knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures governing financial services.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations including safety, security, compliance, and loss prevention.
• Achieve annual sales and production goals while promoting teamwork and quality member interactions.
• Hire, schedule, train, and evaluate branch staff; conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.
• Preserve branch image by coordinating with marketing to maintain professionalism and organization.
