Job summary

Credit Union of America is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in all branch operations, underwrite consumer loans, and help the department meet financial, operational, service, and growth goals. You will actively participate in staff development and stand in for the Branch Manager when needed.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a two-year degree or equivalent training, and strong organizational as well as communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite consumer loans and assist in branch operations.
• Support the Branch Manager in daily branch activities and goal attainment.
• Develop staff through coaching, performance reviews, and monthly conversations.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and BSA/AML requirements.
