Qualifications

• Adherence to banking policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency in a bank setting.
• Experience in educating and guiding branch teams.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and refer to specialists as needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Availability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, high-service atmosphere in the branch.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients to solutions.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and resolve issues per policy.
• Introduce clients to the team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance and audits to ensure smooth operation.
