You will lead a team to deliver accurate transactions, guide staff on self-service options, and maintain strong loss-control and audit readiness. Strong client relations and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Strong knowledge of policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency in a branch setting.
• Ability to educate and coach branch teams and partners.
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-service branch environment.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs to ensure smooth visits.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and resolve client issues in line with policies.
• Introduce clients to team members and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Highlight self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support compliance, audits, and loss-control measures to keep the branch secure.
