Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Leadership and operational proficiency in a branch setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-service branch environment.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Explain and promote self-service options to clients for convenient access to accounts.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, ensure accuracy, and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless, caring service and address specialized financial needs.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure smooth, secure branch operations.
