Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate their needs during check-in.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, and resolve client issues while following policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and build relationships.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients at any time.
• Support branch operations, maintaining loss control, compliance and audits.
