Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients warmly, manage lobby flow, assist with transactions, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication, anticipate needs, and check them into the waiting queue for a smooth visit.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM; resolve client issues while following policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and collaborate to deliver seamless service and address specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking and enable 24/7 account access.
• Support all aspects of branch operations with the Branch Manager, focusing on loss control, compliance, and audits.
