Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences. You will greet clients, manage lobby flow, and help with transactions while promoting self-service options and building lasting relationships.

You will lead branch operations, supervise cash devices, ensure compliance, and support audits, all while educating the team and delivering accurate, timely service.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Demonstrate detail orientation and organizational skills.
• Show leadership and operational proficiency in branch tasks.
• Educate and keep the branch team and partners informed.
• Build meaningful client relationships and referrals when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and ATM, resolve issues.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support all branch operations, ensuring loss control, compliance and audits.
