Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to drive a welcoming client experience and oversee daily branch operations. You will collaborate with the Branch Manager to ensure accurate transactions, strong loss control, and adherence to bank policies while guiding a team focused on service excellence.

You will greet clients, navigate lobby flow, promote self-service options, and build lasting relationships with customers.

• Create a welcoming, vibrant branch atmosphere and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication; check in and guide them through the visit.
• Lead branch operations; manage cash devices; resolve client issues per policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support Branch Manager on loss control, compliance and audits.
