Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch and exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Encourage self-service access to accounts at all times.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
