Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• 6+ months of Associate Banker experience.
• College degree or military equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and a dynamic community.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and check them into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, compliance and loss control.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify access to accounts 24/7.
• Support the team to maintain audits and regulatory compliance.
