Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences and compliant operations. You will oversee lobby flow, cash devices, and service quality while driving a culture of accuracy and trust.

You will lead, train, and educate the branch team, promote self-service options, and ensure loss control and audits are maintained. Weekend/evening hours are required with 1+ year of retail banking experience.

Qualifications

• Follows policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Keeps organized and detail-oriented to juggle multiple tasks.
• Leads operations and ensures transaction accuracy in a collaborative team.
• Educates branch team and partners to stay informed.
• Engages clients and refers to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations: cash devices, cash vault, ATM; resolve issues per policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options for banking accessibility 24/7.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits across branch operations.
