Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to drive a high-standard guest experience in our California branch. You’ll partner with the Branch Manager to supervise operations, greet clients, guide transactions, and ensure adherence to policies and controls while promoting self-service options for customers.

You will lead a team, educate staff on procedures, and maintain a strong focus on accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance in daily banking activities.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain detail orientation and organizational skills.
• Lead and educate branch team while ensuring transaction accuracy.
• Educate clients and refer to experts when needed.
• Engage clients and guide them to self-service options.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience; ability to work weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-service branch environment.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and check clients into waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations: cash devices, cash vault, ATM; resolve issues per policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and collaborate to meet financial needs.
• Promote self-service options for anytime access to accounts.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure.
