• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients warmly, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand and address their needs.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, and resolve client issues while following procedures.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and grow relationships.
• Promote self-service options to help clients access accounts anytime.
• Support all branch operations, ensuring loss control, compliance, and audits are maintained.
