Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or six months of teller and sales experience.
• Strong sales skills with customer satisfaction and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Support Banking Center Manager in overseeing daily operations and efficiency.
• Provide leadership and coaching to tellers, scheduling and approving transactions.
• Cross-sell products and generate leads for the sales team.
• Deliver exceptional service by building client relationships and understanding needs.
• Follow security procedures and banking regulations while ensuring policy adherence.
• Conduct performance discussions and staff training on policy updates.
• Assist with teller and platform transactions including check cashing and new accounts.
• Support branch operations to ensure smooth daily execution.
