Job summary

Financial Center First Credit Union is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead Retail Operations at our Noblesville location. You will supervise and develop the Teller team, drive sales, manage branch procedures, and ensure top-notch member service in a fast-paced in-office environment.

The role requires leadership, coaching and bilingual communication, with a focus on risk controls, security, and community engagement to grow relationships and revenue.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred in business or sales.
• Minimum 2 years sales and service experience at a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Teller team and review their work.
• Train the Teller team and oversee training programs.
• Monitor Teller activities for policy compliance and smooth operation.
• Prepare evaluations, action plans, and disciplinary actions.
• Create Teller schedules and ensure daily postings and reconciliations.
• Achieve branch sales goals through referrals and customer retention.
• Interview Teller candidates and participate in hires.
• Maintain ATM/center operations and branch security.
• Promote and refer new services to benefit members.
• Assist tellers with balancing and discrepancies.
• Represent the branch at community events.
• Ensure compliance with risk controls and security procedures.
