Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch environment and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and scheduling to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs during check-in.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices (vault, ATM) and issue resolution per policy.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to allow customers access to accounts at any time.
• Support branch operations, including loss control, compliance and audits.
