Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences while overseeing daily branch operations. You will lead the lobby, manage cash devices, resolve issues, and ensure strict adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of retail banking experience, strong leadership, and the ability to train and educate teammates. Weekend/evening hours are required as part of branch support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients and manage lobby flow; assist with transactions and meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and check clients into waiting queue.
• Lead operations: cash devices, vault, and ATM; resolve issues per policies and procedures.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to enhance client access day and night.
• Support branch operations, loss control, compliance, and audits.
