Qualifications

Responsibilities

Maintain communications between branch staff and MSC Manager with reports on operations and productivity.
Greet members and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Coach staff through monthly one-on-one sessions to drive performance and skills.
Monitor KPIs and branch goals, including quality and service metrics.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
