• Perform teller/FSR duties as needed, handle loans and accounts, balance tills, and supervise cash handling.
• Conduct performance coaching, interviews, and development plans; address personnel issues with supervisor input.
• Ensure opening/closing duties are accurate and security measures followed, including training on security procedures.
