Chase in Colorado is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences, strong operations, and compliant processes.

You will greet clients, guide transactions, manage lobby flow, and lead cash and ATM operations while promoting self-service options and maintaining loss control and audits. Formación

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Leadership and operational proficiency with accurate transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients on entry, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication; anticipate needs and check them into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash vault and ATM; resolve issues while following policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 account access.
• Support branch operations with loss control, compliance, and audits.
