Job summary

Connex Credit Union Inc. is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead branch growth and customer-focused service.

This role includes coaching staff, developing sales approaches, and mentoring New Account Representatives to enhance member relationships. You will coordinate daily operations, support the Branch Manager, and participate in community outreach while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• Advocacy: leadership and coaching personnel and sales/service coaching.
• Assists Branch Manager with goal attainment and performance tracking.
• Knowledge of federal and state banking laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure security procedures.
• Build relationships with local businesses and SEG groups.
• Lead recruitment and training for branch staff.
• Manage branch productivity and reporting with the Branch Manager.
• Interviews loan applicants and coordinates mortgage interviews with originator.
