Job summary

You will lead the team in loss control, compliance, and audits, promote self-service options, and build lasting client relationships. Travel for training and meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain sharp attention to detail and stay organized.

• Educate branch team and partners to stay informed.
• Build meaningful client connections and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
