Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication; anticipate needs and check into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations; manage cash devices and resolve client issues promptly.
• Introduce clients to the branch team; build relationships and assist with financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits with the Branch Manager.
