Chase is hiring a Branch Operations Lead in Bellevue, WA. You will partner with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-performing branch atmosphere, guide frontline staff, ensure accurate transactions, and uphold regulatory standards.

You will engage clients, promote self-service options, and help the team handle daily operations while maintaining strong loss prevention, audit readiness, and service quality.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain detail and stay organized to juggle tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency.
• Educate and connect branch team and partners.
• Engage with clients and refer them to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch, ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience and feels part of a dynamic community.
• Greet clients warmly as they enter the branch, making them feel valued and appreciated; assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, resolving client issues promptly and accurately.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and build lasting relationships.
• Encourage self-service options to simplify clients’ banking experience.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
