Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to drive a welcoming, efficient, and compliant branch environment in the United States. You will lead lobby operations, oversee cash handling, and ensure adherence to bank policies while building lasting client relationships and guiding the team.

You will train and coach staff, promote self-service options, and collaborate with the Branch Manager to meet service and control standards, including audits and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies and regulatory requirements to keep operations compliant.
• Be detail-oriented and organized to manage multiple tasks.
• Lead and guide branch team to maintain high service standards.
• Educate and inform branch team and partners for consistent performance.
• Engage clients and refer to experts when appropriate.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
