Amplify Credit Union is expanding its branch leadership team. The Assistant Branch Manager will support the Branch Manager, oversee Teller and Personal Banker teams, and help ensure branch objectives are met while maintaining risk controls. The role requires a strong supervisory background and flexibility to work weekends.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years of successful financial institution experience in branch operations.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct leadership and oversight of Teller and Personal Banker teams.
• Ensure branch operations are sound and risks mitigated.
• Lead self-audit and quality control efforts within the branch.
• On-the-job training and coaching to promote service and operational excellence.
• Support branch needs including Teller transactions and Banker duties.
• Work with Branch Manager to meet service objectives.
• Uphold policies and foster organizational culture.
