Job summary

Qualifications

• Three or more years of supervisory, sales, service and operations experience in a financial institution.
• Proficient verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer sales, service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a variety of people in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational, problem resolution, technical and computer skills.
• Proven supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and direct others.
• Knowledge of branch, teller and customer service processes, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations and ensure staff’s ongoing compliance with procedures.
• Oversee teller and customer service staffing schedules to ensure coverage and efficiency.
• Coach, mentor and cross-train staff across operations, compliance, sales and service.
• Engage in sales activities to promote Partners Bank products and services.
• Sales and personal production of deposit and consumer loan products.
• Participate in performance evaluations and documentation.
• Assist in hiring branch tellers and customer service staff; manage disciplinary actions.
• Represent the bank at community events and encourage staff participation.
