Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail banking and/or customer service experience; supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations and systems; basic office software proficiency; willingness to work at any location as needed.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads, coaches, trains, and develops branch staff with regular feedback and reviews.
• Oversees daily branch operations including staffing, scheduling, cash handling, audits and reports.
• Partners with management to achieve branch sales goals and strengthen customer relationships through needs-based conversations and referrals.
• Represents the Bank at networking, volunteer, and community events to support business development.
• Maintains knowledge of bank products, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
