Center Parc Credit Union in Columbus, GA is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to partner with the Branch Manager in delivering exceptional member experiences and leading daily branch operations.

You'll oversee service delivery, oversee cash operations, staff development, and compliance with policies while driving performance and budgeted results. This role requires strong leadership, teamwork, and a customer-focused mindset to help members achieve financial success.

Qualifications

• An associate degree in business, business administration, or related field is required.
• 3 years of banking/credit union experience is required or equivalent.
• 2 years of supervisory experience required with Microsoft Office proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily branch operations, ensuring prompt, professional member service and consistency with CPCU standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and risk management procedures; escalate material risks as needed.
• Oversee branch cash operations, currency orders, teller levels, and verify currency shipments.
• Lead onboarding, coaching, performance development, and day-to-day accountability of branch staff.
• Serve as escalation point for member issues; communicate changes and ensure proper documentation.
