• Direct daily branch operations, ensuring prompt, professional member service and adherence to CPCU’s standards.
• Ensure compliance with member service, operational, fraud-prevention, safety, and security policies.
• Oversee branch cash operations including currency orders and teller cash limits; verify currency shipments.
