Qualifications

• 4 years specific work experience in banking, financial services, or credit unions.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch growth through business development and member relationships.
• Lead employee development and sales performance.
• Delegate daily operations and administration to the Assistant Branch Manager/Lead MSR.
• Ensure compliance, controls, and branch results.
• Lead workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Represent Center Parc Credit Union at community events to acquire members.
