Responsibilities

• Direct daily branch operations, ensuring prompt, professional member service and adherence to CPCU standards.
• Oversee branch cash operations, currency orders, and teller controls with dual verification.
• Provide guidance in new accounts, loans, and service recommendations; escalate issues when needed.
• Lead onboarding, coaching, and performance development of branch staff in collaboration with the Branch Manager.
