As an intern, you will work with experienced professionals, receive mentorship, and complete a final project presented to QXO

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree and planning to graduate Winter 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions.
• Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate information and develop solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and teamwork in dynamic settings.
• Interest in gaining hands-on business experience and exploring career opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meaningful projects and day-to-day business priorities within your assigned branch.
• Gain hands-on exposure to branch operations, including sales and customer service.
• Work alongside leaders to understand customers, products, markets, and priorities.
• Take ownership of assigned work and use data to solve problems and improve processes.
• Engage in cross-functional activities to see how operations affect overall performance.
