QXO's Summer Internship Program is a 12-week, structured development experience designed to give students meaningful, hands-on exposure to a fast-paced, results-driven organization while building the skills and experience needed to launch their careers.

Interns contribute to meaningful business initiatives, work alongside experienced QXO professionals, and gain firsthand insight into how their role and team support QXO's broader business and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in progress with expected graduation Winter 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with curiosity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meaningful projects within your assigned branch.
• Gain hands-on exposure to branch operations, including sales and service.
• Work with QXO leaders to understand customers, products, markets.
• Take ownership of assigned work and use data to solve problems.
• Complete a final internship project and present insights to leaders.
