Job summary

QXO is offering a 12-week Summer Internship Program that embeds interns in branch locations across the United States, with opportunities in Roofing, Lumber and Building Materials, and Insulation & Installation. Interns gain hands-on exposure to day-to-day operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, and logistics, while working with local leaders and teams.

Current students pursuing a bachelor's degree with a Winter 2027 to Spring/Summer 2028 graduation are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date Winter 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028.
• Academic focus relevant to the internship or demonstrated interest in the business area.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional interaction ability.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meaningful projects and day-to-day branch operations.
• Gain hands-on exposure to sales, customer service, inventory, logistics, and core activities.
• Work with leaders and teams to understand customers, products, markets, and priorities.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, use data to solve problems, and improve processes.
• Support initiatives focused on sales growth and operational efficiency.
