Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking University interns for its Branch Operations program. You’ll learn daily branch functions, sales and customer service strategies, compliance training, loan closing, and leadership development through hands-on projects across departments.

The internship is 100% onsite, with a path toward full-time employment after graduation. Ideal candidates are juniors or seniors majoring in Business or Finance, available to work 18–20 hours weekly, and prepared to meet background

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ability to work a minimum of 18–20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet standards for criminal background, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Become licensed and participate in an accelerated Assistant Branch Manager program to learn loan processes and regulatory training.
• Assist in daily production of loan origination, processing, closings and fundings including file allocation and auditing.
• Learn from your Manager and Regional VP about responsibilities and promotional paths.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Contribute to branch operations process-improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where Branch experience is valuable (Audit, Compliance, Training, Recruiting, etc.).
