Job summary

Republic Finance offers an on-site Branch Operations Internship for current juniors or seniors pursuing Finance or Business. You will learn loan processes, regulatory training, and the daily operations of a branch while earning $15.00 per hour with potential full-time opportunities after graduation.

You will work 18–20 hours per week, gain exposure to multiple departments, and engage in process improvement projects as part of the Republic Way.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Able to work 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to meet licensing eligibility and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan processes, including regulatory training.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding tasks.
• Engage with Manager and VP to understand career paths and growth potential.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
