Job summary

Republic Finance offers a Branch Operations Internship for current juniors or seniors. This 100% onsite program provides hands-on experience in loan origination, processing, closings, and funding while you learn regulatory training and the Republic Way of customer service.

You will rotate with managers and regional leaders, gain exposure to various branches, and participate in process-improvement projects. Eligible students will gain licensing opportunities and a path to full-time roles after

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 18-20 hours per week availability.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Eligible for insurance licensing after background check.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Learn loan process, regulatory training, and branch operations.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings, and funding.
• Work with manager to understand promotion path and career potential.
• Attend regional meetings to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Contribute to branch operations process improvement projects.
