Job summary

MPW Industrial Services, Inc. seeks a Branch Operations Manager to plan, organize, coordinate and control all branch operations in Indiana. You will deliver high standards of customer service through sales efforts and efficient business operations.

The role requires supervising personnel on job sites, managing equipment and manpower, ensuring safety and quality, and coordinating with corporate staff on policies and budgeting. Strong supervisory experience in industrial settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Professional oral and written interpersonal communication.
• 4-6 years of experience in an Industrial Environment with supervisory responsibilities.
• Background in engineering or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and provide a safe environment for all employees.
• Ensures Branch Human Resource Functions are maintained including employee development and hiring/firing.
• Ensures financial control and P&L accountability for branch operations.
• Develops and sustains the sales function including pricing, bidding, market penetration, and customer follow-up.
• Oversees Operations Manager responsibilities on job sites, scheduling manpower and equipment, and ensuring quality standards.
• Maintains frequent visits to jobsites, employees, and customers.
• Performs other duties as directed.
