Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in a customer-focused role at our California branch. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure a welcoming environment, manage lobby flow, and lead daily operations while upholding all bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• You follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• You maintain a keen eye for detail and stay organized.
• You demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency to ensure accurate transactions.
• You educate the branch team and partners, keeping them informed.
• You build meaningful client relationships and educate them to refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients entering the branch, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication, anticipate needs, and manage waiting queues.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM; resolve issues while following policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients at any time.
• Support all aspects of branch operations with the Branch Manager, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
