Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to join our branch team in Bluffton, SC. You'll work with the Branch Manager to ensure smooth operations, exceptional client experiences, and adherence to policies.

You will guide lobby flow, handle cash devices, develop relationships, promote self-service options, and coach the team to meet control expectations and audits. Training and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Leadership and operational proficiency.
• Ability to educate and refer clients to experts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and a vibrant branch environment.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs while guiding them to self‑service options.
• Lead branch operations, including cash vault/ATM, and resolve issues while following policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and collaborate to deliver seamless service.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure smooth operation.
• Promote self‑service options and access to accounts any time, day or night.
