Qualifications

• You have 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• You are able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and guide them to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, maintaining accuracy and policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and build relationships.
• Simplify banking by promoting self-service options for anytime access.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure smooth, secure operations.
