Union State Bank is seeking a Branch Coordinator to lead daily branch operations, service deposits, and support cross-selling of bank products. You will manage teller activities, guide staff, and ensure accurate cash handling and customer service at the Arkansas City branch.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years in banking with supervisory experience. Proficiency in FISERV Precision and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years banking, sales, and prior supervisor experience preferred.
• Understand Federal, State and Union State banking rules and regulations.
• Bank related courses strongly recommended.

Mansioni

• Performs Teller Line Duties.
• Balances and maintains cash drawer and balances ATM as applicable.
• Provides cashier’s checks, money orders, and cash handling services.
• Assists customers with new accounts, account maintenance and service requests.
• Supervises and coaches branch staff in absence of Market Coordinator or Branch Manager.
• Supports branch sales goals through cross-selling and referrals.
