Job summary

DFI Steel Piling USA is seeking an organized Branch Administrator in Conroe, Texas to keep the US operation running smoothly behind the scenes. You will work across Operations, Estimating, HSE, and the Fabrication Shop, handling scheduling, onboarding, and documentation with attention to detail.

The role requires experience in construction or field services administration, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a lean team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through on open items.
• Experience supporting field operations or project-based work is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining contractor compliance platforms including ISNetworld, Veriforce, DISA DCM, Alert, and others as required.
• Schedule orientations and safety courses for staff and customers to maintain client compliance.
• Coordinate freight, deliveries, and logistics as required; support document control and filing.
