Performance Contracting Group seeks a Branch Administrator for Promatec operations in Houston, TX. The role leads administrative functions, collaborates with branch leadership, PMs, estimators, and regional accounting to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of services across nuclear, industrial, and demanding projects.

The position demands ownership, strong financial reporting, and the ability to foster teamwork while meeting deadlines.

Formación

• At least five years of relevant office administration or accounting experience.
• Experience supervising, coaching and managing a successful team.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, coach and develop administrative staff and cross-train for coverage.
• Manage contract compliance and maintain organized contract files (POs, change orders, etc.).
• Oversee accounts receivable, coordinate billing across projects and follow up on balances.
• Prepare month-end reports for branch leadership and Regional Controller.
• Review cost coding, Job Cost Ledger, and Contracts in Progress for accuracy.
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve billing/administrative issues promptly.
• Provide backup support for purchasing, accounts payable and payroll as needed.
• Identify administrative gaps and improve workflows, accountability, and consistency.
• Coordinate branch activities to support teamwork and engagement.
