DFI Piling Group is seeking a Fabrication Shop Foreman to lead daily operations and long-term planning of the Conroe, TX fabrication shop. You will oversee the fabrication of piling materials and guide shop personnel to maintain safety and quality standards.

This onsite role requires hands-on leadership, coordinating with production schedules and ensuring on-time delivery. The position may involve overtime based on workload and project timelines.

Descrizione del lavoro

Our Fabrication Shop Foreman is responsible for the day-to-day operation and long-term planning of the fabrication shop. They will oversee and participate in the fabrication of piling material that is built in our Conroe Texas facility, as well as provide guidance to shop personnel, ensuring a high standard of safety and quality that DFI is known for.

Schedule: Onsite at the DFI facility in Conroe, Monday through Friday. Some overtime and weekend work could be required based on workload or project scheduling. Position is primarily office/shop setting with occasional field work required.
