PLM Fleet LLC is seeking a branch associate to provide customer service to PLM accounts and support fleet repair and maintenance management across the Newark, NJ area. You will handle work orders, inspections, and invoicing tasks to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Proficient PC skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Support Fleet Repair and Maintenance Management for the branch.
• Issue all work orders and insure PM compliance.
• Inbound and outbound equipment inspections.
• Assist Branch Manager with high-quality safety, accuracy, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to PLM accounts.
• Maintain safety consciousness within branch and agent locations.
• Support Fleet Repair and Maintenance Management for the branch.
• Issue all work orders, POs and ensure PM compliance.
• Inbound and outbound equipment inspections.
• Coordinate and review customer billings and approvals.
