Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to all PLM accounts.
• Maintain a high level of safety consciousness within the branch and agent locations.
• Support Fleet Repair and Maintenance Management for the branch.
• Issue all work orders and ensure PM compliance.
• Inbound and outbound equipment inspections.
• Coordinate and review customer billings, re-bills, and approvals.
• Collect meter readings.
• Manage accountability reports: Fleet Inventory, Weekly Forecast, Work Order, Insurance Expiration, and Maintenance.
