Job summary

PLM Fleet is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator to provide customer service, support maintenance and repair activities, and manage branch reporting. The role involves inspection, invoicing oversight, and coordination with vendors and locations to keep fleets performing efficiently.

The candidate should have a high school diploma, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with occasional travel to local branches as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient PC skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with internal/external resources.
• Experience with getting in/out of trailers and yard checks.
• Occasional lifting of office supplies or small boxes may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to PLM accounts.
• Maintain safety consciousness within branch and agent locations.
• Support Fleet Repair and Maintenance Management for the branch.
• Issue work orders and PM compliance.
• Inbound and outbound equipment inspections.
• Coordinate and review customer billings and approvals.
• Collect meter readings and manage inventory reports.
• Audit vendor invoices and maintain vendor communications.
• Conduct weekly branch fleet inventories at locations.
